Vegetarian cuisine has developed with the demands and needs of society. Utilizing natural ingredients such as gluten, soya bean, mushroom, taro and Kunyaku, we have now created perfect meat replacements in our delicious dishes. With the help of various herbs and spices we have transformed these vegetarian ingredients into ‘roast duck’, ‘chicken’, ‘fish’, ‘beef’, ‘prawn’ and a whole myriad of mock meats.
We specialized in catering for large functions such as wedding, Birthdays funerals and parties. He has also catered for numerous events at Chinese Temples and function halls.
